Retrieve the return form you received in the pack, fill it in its entirety and specify the article/s previously ordered (Returns), that you want to replace, and indicate the new one (Substitutions).
Attach all the packaging for the courier, using DHL for the foreign orders and BARTOLINI for orders made in Italy.
